HIGH EXPANSION FOAM CLASS “A” OR CLASS “B”
A unique product offering unmatched versatility coupled with good economics. Designed to be used at ½ to 1% flow with any standard foam system or compressed air foam system for Class “A” fire fighting, or through a foam generator for room filling billowy foam for “A, B, & C” situations.
This same product can be used through standard foam equipment at a 3% flow for most Class “B” situations, including small flammable liquid spills. Usage with salt or fresh water, indefinite shelf life, versatility, and low cost make this product a must for every fire fighting agency.

6% AFFF
Years of research have resulted in our ability to manufacture a 6% aqueous film forming foam concentrate that gives high performance equal to the leading brand with a price that is at least 30% less. Since 1979 this product has been evaluated, purchased and re-ordered by thousands of firefighting organizations.
DENKO 6% AFFF offers quick knockout, long residual and most importantly a continuously sealing film that results in eliminating any chance of re-ignition. Although designed for hazardous liquid spills, this concentrate also offers enough flexibility to be used on most class ‘B’ situations. Add an indefinite shelf-life and you have the reasons needed to add DENKO 6% AFFF to your line of foams.

3% AFFF
Can you make a better aqueous film forming foam than DENKO 6% Concentrate? Not really, but you can make it more cost effective. Doubling the concentration yields a finished foam solution that will cost almost 40% less. This also means doubling the amount of fire fighting capability that can be carried to the fire scene and half the amount of space necessary for storage. In addition DENKO 3% AFFF is freeze protected and it too has an indefinite shelf-life.
DOUBLE-STRENGTH AFFF 3% - 6% (ATC)
Description
This product is a superior quality synthetic aqueous film forming concentrate for extinguishing and securing flammable hydrocarbon and polar solvent liquid fires. The 3% concentrate and the 6% concentrate have been designed for hydrocarbons. The ATC (alcohol type concentrate) 3%-6% double strength was designed to save money on product and transportation costs. After diluting with equal parts of water it is just like the single strength. Or, it can be used full strength at a 1.5% flow for hydrocarbons and a 3% flow for polar solvents.
This product produces a vapor-sealing aqueous film that spreads rapidly over the fuel surface to provide control and extinguishment. Film-forming brings about fast flame knockdown and extinguishment with burnback resistance and post-fire security. Foam blanket reseals when ruptured by personnel or equipment. This product is 100% biodegradeable and environmentally safe.

Applications
Used in high risk situations where flammable liquids are stored, processed, or transported. It is used extensively on rapid intervention vehicles (RIV) at major international airports and military bases where fast extinguishment with limited quantities of foam is essential for saving life. Other applications include flammable liquid storage tanks, process areas, marine terminals, and offshore platforms. This product also provides a vapor-suppressing foam blanket on unignited spills.
Equipment
Readily proportioned using conventional foam proportioning equipment such as portable and fixed in-line foam venture proportioners, handline nozzles/branchpipes with pick-up tubes, balanced pressure variable flow proportioners, balanced pressure bladder tank proportioners, and around-the-pump proportioners. Can be used with air aspirating discharge devices such as low expansion branchpipes, monitors, top pourer sets, rimseal foam pourers, foam/water sprinklers, and base (sub-surface) injection systems. Can be used with non-aspirating discharge devices such as spray/fog branchpipes and nozzles, monitors, and spray/fog sprinklers. However, non-aspirated application is not recommended as the primary method of attack for major fires where a stable foam cover is essential.
WETTING AGENT CONCENTRATE
This product is by far the most economical and effective wetting agent on the market today. Unlike other products that dilute at 250 to 1 with water and offer penetration of about 200%, our product dilutes at a tremendous rate of 4000 to 1 and up to 8000 to 1 for mop-up situations and is rated 300-350% in penetration. This product is totally non-corrosive and will never harm any equipment because it contains its own built-in tank saver and rust preventative.
We have also incorporated an 18% friction reducer into the product. Basically, we have combined and concentrated three different products normally purchased separately and offer it at one fifth the cost of any one product bought elsewhere. This means that just on pint will treat, preserve and lubricate a 500 gallon tank. In addition, this product is biodegradable, non-irritating and has an indefinite shelf-life.
TANK SAVER
With equipment costs constantly spiraling upwards every fire fighting agency must maintain its equipment properly. Corrosion, if not prevented, can virtually put a unit out of service. With a little foresight and the use of TANK SAVER on a regular basis, the maximum life can be obtained from any piece of equipment. Used at a rate of 600 to 1, this product offers the lowest cost in the industry. Couple that with an indefinite shelf-life and biodegradability, and you’ve got a first place winner.
