The TORNADOMATIC
Offers a durable, lightweight automatic gallonage nozzle with the features that you are looking for. Machined out of high-grade aluminum alloy with the trademarked NITUFF finish that gives 50 microns of PTFE impregnated anodized unlike the 20 microns of standard anodized. The standard shutoff ball is also coated using the NITUFF process, which provides years of smooth action with minimal wear.
The TORNADOMATIC offers flow ranges from 10 GPM to 400 GPM in a 1.0", 1.5" and 2.5" size. All sizes come with a double ball bearing swivel for ease in connection and use. A built in stream shaper/strainer is also installed on every model. A key feature of the TORNADOMATIC is its ability to be easily changed from straight stream to narrow fog to wide-angle fog to flush without having to shutdown.
Fully compliant with NFPA 1964, the TORNADOMATIC also offers customizing with color-coded bumper, pistol grip and shutoff handle as well as type of teeth. Comes standard with an orange bumper guard and black pistol grip. All TORNADOMATIC are available in tip only configuration or without pistol grip.

MID-RANGE AUTOMATIC
70 to 200 gpm
With a wide flow range of 70-200 gpm (260-760 l/min), the Mid-Matic series can be used on 1.5", 1.75" and 2" hose. The Mid-Matic features flush without shutting down, molded rubber bumper with "power fog" teeth, detent flow control, "Gasket Grabber" inlet screen, patented TFT slide valve, and the rugged dependability you have come to expect from Task Force Tips. Mid-Matic models are fully NFPA compliant, and are available in tip-only configuration, or with stainless steel slide valve, and optional colored pistol grip and handle covers. All Mid-Matic nozzles accept the FJ-LX-HM low-expansion or the FJ-MX-HM multi-expansion foam attachments.

DUAL PRESSURE AUTOMATIC
70 to 200 gpm.
The wide flow range of 70-200gpm (260-760 l/min) allows the Mid-Force to be used on 1.5”, 1.75”, and 2” hose. The TFT Mid-Force is a truly rugged, dependable, and effective mid-range firefighting nozzle. This nozzle is equipped with a low pressure override which allows the nozzle to achieve greater flows at lower nozzle pressures. All nozzles are regulated to 100psi +/- 15psi (7 bar +/- 1 bar) according to NFPA #1964 flow requirements. It is adjustable from a straight stream to a dense fog pattern. Handle covers and pistol grips are available in NFPA colors to identify a nozzle with its discharge. All Mid-Force nozzles are suitable for use with foam and accept, the FJ-LX-HM low-expansion or the FJ-MX-HM multi-expansion foam attachments.
In the standard mode, the Mid-Force Nozzle maintains a 100psi (7 bar) operating nozzle pressure. The TFT high level of quality, engineered into all of our products, allows this nozzle to meet NFPA #1964 flow requirements for automatic nozzles. This gives you the desired ability to aggressively conduct a hard-hitting fire attack.
With a twist of the knob on the front of the nozzle, you switch to the low pressure mode, which immediately reduces the nozzle’s operating pressure to around 55psi (3 bar). This exclusive TFT feature provides you with the unique ability to change operating nozzle pressure depending on the situation, thereby allowing maximum flow at a lower nozzle pressure. |
